Live stock-on-hand for every inventory-tracked item in Zoho, pulled straight from the item master (refreshed every few minutes). Use the "Low stock only" filter to see what's at or below its reorder point.
Where each part on order is headed once it arrives - Inventory, Fabrication, or Ship to Site - and whether it's arrived yet. Zoho doesn't have a real field for this yet (we've asked for a per-line "Part Destination" picklist); until then, set it here and it's remembered locally. The day Zoho adds that field, it'll take over automatically.
How each vendor is actually doing, built from every PO we have on file. "Avg days to receive" and "within 30 days" are measured from PO date to the date the PO was marked fully received in Zoho - a proxy for turnaround, not a promised delivery date (Zoho doesn't give us one), so read it as "how long this vendor typically takes," not a graded SLA.
